A grant for employers who engage senior workers aged 60 and above, and are willing to offer part-time re-employment to senior workers with flexible work arrangements.
As a company, you put in place age-friendly HR policies, and receive $2,500 for each senior worker, up to a maximum of $125,000, which translates to 50 workers.

The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is for companies who want to retain senior workers aged 60 and above, tapping on their wealth of experience, and are willing to provide them with flexible working arrangements.
You must already employ at least 1 senior worker, though.

Your senior worker must be a Singaporean or PR. If your senior worker is a foreigner, they do not qualify for this grant.

Your senior worker must be aged 60 or above. This programme is built for mature, experienced talent.

You only need 1 qualifying senior worker already employed. Every additional senior worker adds to your funding at $2,500 per worker, up to 50 workers for a total of $125,000.
Your company needs to put these 5 things in place:
The grant pays a fixed amount for every qualifying senior worker in your company. There is no salary threshold and no training cost to cover.

For a company with 20 senior workers aged 60 and above, you receive $2,500 × 20 = $50,000. That's funding many companies with older workers aren't yet claiming.

Each company can receive the New PTRG only once, so it pays to count every eligible senior worker correctly before you apply. Don't make a mistake.
The Part-Time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG) rewards companies for putting age-friendly HR practices in place. We advise you on how it works for your company and your senior workers.
